Roasting pumpkin seeds

I haven't roasted pumpkin seeds since 2nd grade! It's nice having an 8 year old around to remind us of how much fun it can be to be a kid. Here's a picture of Hallie, Liz and Jack enjoying the fruits of Hallie's labor.

Visit from the Whites

It's been nice having Tory, Ken, Jordan and Hallie visiting from Tennessee. We'll be sad to see them go home.

Last weekend we took the Fillmore train to the pumpkin patch with Tory, Ken, Jordan and Hallie. Here is Jack enjoying the ride.

Looks like Jack is practicing for his career as a hip hop dancer. What a nice way to memorialize the linoleum floor that we miss so much.

New House

Well... we can basically delete the prior posts. We ended up buying a different house and we had to get rid of Maya. Things have been hectic with the move but we're glad to be in (even though it still looks like a tornado hit us). This is a pic of our first night here. Rich and Jack slept on an air mattress in the living room floor.
